We started Dealer Trade Network to help franchise dealers solve inventory problems.

While our roots will always be in Louisville, Kentucky, our impact spans across the nation as we have facilitated tens of thousands of deals across the United States.

We’ve found a way to turn dealer data into actionable information that we use to facilitate dealer-to-dealer trades unlike anything else on the market. We analyze market trends, down to the trim level, and work with franchise dealerships to source additional inventory they need in between deliveries from the factory. We can do this because we move distressed inventory out of dealer floorplans and into other markets.

What makes us unique is our end-to-end fulfillment capabilities. Our in-house logistics department manages pick-up and delivery so that you don’t have to, freeing up time so you can focus on doing what you do best, retail cars to your customers.

Put simply, we match selling and buying dealers with one another, coordinate payment between dealerships, execute all the delivery details, and manage the damage claims process if anything should happen.

Our goal is to make every step of the new car allocation process better for our clients by optimizing inventory to meet changing market needs.
